Nadine is a PhD Candidate in the field of biomedical ethics at the University of Basel, Switzerland, where she investigates risks and opportunities of smart home technologies in healthcare. She is also the creator of the Source Engine, an online tool to tackle the spread of fake news and conspiracy theories. She holds a BA in International Relations and an MA In Political, Legal and Economic Philosophy and has worked in journalism and diplomatic services before starting her PhD.
