Saee has over 15 years of experience in the identification and determination of mitigation of model risk at large financial institutions and has a deep understanding of the key financial risks, controls and best practices in the governance and frameworks around model risk management. Most recently, Saee was at Barclays where she was the Managing Director overseeing the Global Model Risk Management Audit team as well as the US Risk, Finance and CCAR Audit teams. Prior to this, Saee was the Global Head of Model Risk Management Audit at JP Morgan Chase & Co (JPM), and Citigroup. In all these roles, she was responsible for the establishment and execution of the Internal Audit Model Risk Programs. Saee is also passionate about diversity and inclusion and played a key role on the Internal Audit Department’s Diversity and Inclusion Committees, driving the department’s diversity and inclusion strategy, organizing events and building community engagement at both Barclays and JPMorgan. Saee is on the Board of Service Program for Older Persons (SPOP), where she is currently Treasurer.
