Launched in February 2023, this weekly working group has identified and defined 62 Use Cases of Automated Employment Decision Tools (AEDTs). The EU AI Act defines nearly all AIs that impact employment and hiring as high risk, while the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in the US has been outspoken on the need for AEDTs to be fair, unbiased, robust, and ethical. ForHumanity has established audit criteria in four critical modules, applicable to AEDTs. Our Core AAA System Governance, GDPR and EU AI Act compliance for these high risk AI tools and finally the AEDT specific audit criteria for each individual use case – creating the most comprehensive AEDT Governance standards in the World. We will work with governments and regulators to support their regulatory requirements.
