This Privacy Policy describes the policies of Forhumanity, located at 980 Broadway #506 Thornwood, NY, NY 10594, United States of America, email: ryan@forhumanity.center, phone: (+1) 9146028663, and ForHumanity Europe, 12 Rue Frederic Petit  80000 Amiens, France regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our website (https://www.forhumanity.center), to join our Slack Community or to access our learning management system for the AI Education and Training Center (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the terms, please do not access or use the Service.

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice, and will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Service. The revised Policy will be effective 180 days from when the revised Policy is posted on the Service, and your continued access or use of the Service after that time will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We recommend that you periodically review this page to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.

ForHumanity and ForHumanity Europe does not deploy any AI, Algorithmic, or Autonomous Systems that process Personal Data



Information We Collect

We collect and process the following personal information about you:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Payment Information
  • IP Address and Browser Information (through Cookies, etc.)
  • Usage Data (e.g., pages visited, time spent on site)

This information is used for three purposes:

  1. We use name and email address to provide access to the Slack Community (where you are subject to their Privacy Policy and Personal Data usage)
  2. For our Moodle learning management platform to provide you access to the ForHumanity AI Education and Training Center courses, including registration for exams and associated payment information
  3. To personalize your experience on the ForHumanity website including the use of Cookies and our Cookie Policy 

Failure to provide name and email address can exempt you from the ability to join the ForHumanity Slack Community.  Failure to provide applicable Personal Data can exempt you from access to our learning.  Failure to provide payment information can exempt you from accessing the examination process.

Personal Data for the Slack Community is kept until withdrawn by the individual as this is the basis for the transparency and access to ForHumanity’s work. Personal Data for the AI Education and Training Center is kept until withdrawn by the individual as this is the basis for access to the learning management system. In the future, we may place a limit on the retention period in pursuit of data minimization.



We collect and process your data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent: You have provided explicit consent for us to process your data.
  • Contractual necessity: We need your data to provide services you have requested or to fulfill our contractual obligations.
  • Legal obligation: We may need to process your data to comply with applicable laws.
  • Legitimate interests: We may process your data when it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided such interests do not override your rights and freedoms.

We retain your personal information for the following periods:

  • 90 days to 2 years after account termination or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

Test taking availability for the ForHumanity AI Education and Training Center are not marketing communication.  Learners wishing to opt out of these emails can do so by contacting the Data Protection Officer below, or removing their details from the learning management platform directly.

You may opt-out of direct marketing communications at any time by emailing us at ryan@forhumanity.center. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the “unsubscribe” link in each communication.  ForHumanity does not sell/share/trade your Personal Data, however by accessing Slack (when you agree to establish your Slack account in the ForHumanity workspace), you are now subject to Slack’s Personal Data management practices.

Please note that if you do not allow us to collect or process the required personal information or withdraw consent for processing necessary for the services, you may not be able to access or use certain parts of the Service.



We use cookies and other tracking technologies (such as web beacons) to enhance your experience on our website. For more information on how we use these technologies and your choices in relation to them, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

We use reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration, including data minimisation techniques and access limitation.
