ForHumanity Fellow – Ethics and Bias Mitigation

Shana Pederson has been in Executive Legal Search for 25 years. She is currently a Sr. Manager within a global law firm’s eDiscovery/Data practice group focusing on staffing and emerging legal solutions, including AI solutions and up-skilling. Shana is also the founder and president of the 501(c)3 anti-human trafficking arts collective, Life Preserver’s Project. Shana has a BA Fine Art from Hunter College, and a Masters Public Administration (non-profit management) from Seton Hall.Shana is passionate coach and community advocate for legal and eDiscovery professionals, AI enthusiasts, artists and importantly the strivers and survivors in all our communities. Her fellowship focus is Ethics and Bias Mitigation in all aspects of AAA systems, particularly employment and legal tools.
