Pauline is an experienced technology governance and risk leader focused on advancing safe, ethical, and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. With over 20 years of experience spanning quality assurance, data management, and AI governance programmes, Pauline partners with boards and executive teams to strengthen organisational oversight of emerging technologies and align practices with evolving regulatory expectations. She helps leaders interpret and operationalise frameworks such as ISO/IEC standards, the EU AI Act and GDPR, emphasising trust-building, human-centred design, evidencing via Test, Evaluate, Validation, and Verification, and accountability in AI systems.
